On January 26, 2021, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed the Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the State Registration of Rights to Real Estate and Legal Entities” No. 412-VI ЗРК. The Law came into force 07.02.2021.

From March 1, 2021, a new Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus of 06.01.2021 No. 91-Z, as well as the Procedural and Executive Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses of 06.01.2021 No. 92-Z become effective. Despite the fact that the updated codes introduce the priority of preventive measures, in some cases, administrative responsibility will increase.

The Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 72-Z dd. 29.12.2020 introduced the changes to the Tax Code of Belarus. Major changes have already entered into force in January 2021, some a due from 01.03.2021 and 01.01.2022.
